about me ~ linda sulan


Getting older certainly made me question my life;

I began to feel a need to reset, and to look deeper at who

"I am".

This all led me to try 

"Yoga".

My passion for yoga began and

I realised this was what was missing in my life.

I loved how it made me feel more than anything,

and how it was transforming my Body and Mind.

With yoga, meditation and breathwork,

I felt a renewed sense of purpose

and a deeper connection to myself.


Some people are just naturally flexible

 and I always told myself: 

"that's not me"

So I show up and practice everyday.

I am a real woman,

with tight hamstrings, limited back mobility,

knee injury and a mind that races.

With Yoga, I have slowly healed

Physically, Mentally and Spiritually.

I decided to train to be a

 YOGA TEACHER, 

 to begin a new path in my later life was challenging.

As I questioned myself constantly -

Was it too late for me?

Am I too Old?



I had to dare to awaken to new possibilities 

without fear

& let go of limiting beliefs and deep programing

 held within my 

~MIND and BODY~



I now want to share My Passion

& Inspire You ~

to awaken to the Inner Whispers of your Soul~

knowing ~

 it's never too late!

and you're never too old!

I hope to bring an essence of

Philosophy, Positivity and Spirituality

to my classes as well as making it accessible and enjoyable for all.

With a therapeutic focus that explores yoga as a

 path for vibrant health,

 personal empowerment and

 total well-being.


At OM the mat

 I offer

Slow Gentle Yoga Classes

with a focus on incorporating

~Pranayama & Meditation practice ~

other Classes offered are

~Yin - Restorative - Yoga Nidra ~

All designed to get you back in touch with your 

~ Body, Mind and Soul ~

My intention is to slowly guide towards 

Mobility and Strength

for a 

Healthy Vibrant life

so we may achieve our  goals

 "OM" and off the "MAT"
